How We Work with Interior Designers

Three tiers, all with direct studio principal involvement and declared Singapore lead times. Minimum engagement: one feature surface per project.

Tier 1

Signature Surface

One bespoke feature—bookmatched stone or custom mosaic.

  • Single statement wall or floor: kitchen island surround, entry feature, powder room.
  • Material specification with quarry provenance and slip/stain ratings.
  • Dimensioned shop drawing and contractor coordination meeting.
  • Lead time: 8–10 weeks to Singapore site.
  • Named studio principal for the duration of the project.

Full Interior Specification

Coordinated tile and stone palette across wet areas, living zones, and entries.

  • Bespoke pattern development for 2–4 key surfaces (e.g. master bath, kitchen backsplash, entry hall).
  • Curated supporting selections (floor tiles, wall cladding) matched to custom features.
  • Shop drawings for all tiled zones, with grout and sealer specifications.
  • Lead time: 10–14 weeks, phased to match your build programme.
  • Attendance at two site coordination meetings with your contractor.

Whole-Home Atelier Brief

Every tiled and clad surface designed as one narrative.

  • Co-created material story across all interior and exterior zones (pool deck, façade accents, terraces).
  • Bookmatched slabs, art-led mosaics, and large-format porcelain specified per room.
  • Full shop-drawing package with installation sequences and waterproofing details.
  • Lead time: 14–18 weeks, with milestone deliveries staged to your contractor's schedule.
  • Studio principal embedded in weekly site meetings during installation phase.

How we work

From brief to delivery

  1. 01

    Brief and Concept

    Your ID shares mood boards and spatial intent; we propose material directions with quarry images and performance data. One 90-minute studio session, in person or virtual.

  2. 02

    Material Selection

    We present shortlisted slabs, tiles, and finishes with samples sent to your office. Lead-time windows and landed costs confirmed in writing at this stage.

  3. 03

    Pattern Development

    Custom layouts, bookmatching sequences, and mosaic compositions drawn to scale. Shop drawings issued for ID and contractor review, with one revision round included.

  4. 04

    Procurement and Delivery

    We manage quarry orders, Singapore customs clearance, and phased site deliveries. Your studio principal holds the timeline and coordinates with your contractor's programme.

  5. 05

    Installation Coordination

    We attend key site meetings, review tiling progress, and sign off on grout and sealer application. Final handover includes care instructions and maintenance schedule.
